Students from Coleridge Community College particpated in a competion set by the Bird Box Gallery with theme of 'Refuge'. The winners of the project  explored endangered species which are vulnerable or close to extinction. Each student had the opportunity to choose animals which are fleeing danger due to biodiversity, climate change or because they are hunted. Lauren chose the Red squirrel because of its vulnerability due to its decline as result of a more dominant species.
